Processing and Shipping
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and your item(s) are in stock, orders are shipped immediately from either Pittsburgh, PA or New York City, NY. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and given options to change your order or have a refund issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled unless the merchandise is out of stock; unworn/unused merchandise may be returned via mail within 14 days of purchase. Neighbor Teaze does not pay for return shipping. See our Return Policy.
Return Policy
To request a return, an email must be sent to julia@neighborteaze.com in order to give size exchange information and a mailing address for the return. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased via this web site. If you purchased merchandise from an authorized Neighbor Teaze retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.
